Booking & Appointments

How do I book an appointment?

You can book appointments through our website using the Book Now page, by calling us at +91 95388 04343, or via WhatsApp. Online bookings are available 24/7.

What's your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid charges. Cancellations within 6-24 hours incur a 50% fee, while no-shows or cancellations within 6 hours are charged the full amount. Please call us directly to cancel or reschedule.

Do I need to pay a deposit when booking?

For first-time clients or special packages, we may require a 20% deposit to secure your appointment. Regular clients typically don't need to pay a deposit unless booking multiple services or during peak hours.

Services & Treatments

What should I wear for a Thai massage?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows movement. Traditional Thai massage is performed fully clothed. For other treatments, we provide disposable undergarments and robes for your comfort.

Are your therapists certified?

Yes, all our therapists are professionally certified in their respective modalities. Our Thai massage practitioners have trained in Thailand, and we regularly conduct skill enhancement workshops.

Can I request a specific therapist?

Absolutely! You can request your preferred therapist when booking. While we try to accommodate all requests, availability may vary. We guarantee all our therapists maintain the highest service standards.

Health & Safety

Are there any conditions that prevent me from getting a massage?

Certain conditions like recent surgery, fractures, contagious skin conditions, or pregnancy may require special considerations. Always consult your physician and inform our staff about any health concerns. We may modify treatments accordingly.

What hygiene measures do you follow?

We maintain strict hygiene protocols including:

  • Complete sanitization of rooms between clients
  • Fresh linens for every session
  • Regular disinfection of high-touch surfaces
  • Use of hospital-grade cleaning products
  • Sterilization of tools and equipment

Payment & Policies

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, UPI payments (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), and mobile wallets. Corporate clients may arrange for invoice payments.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes! Gift certificates are available for specific services or monetary amounts. They're valid for 6 months and can be purchased at our spa or through our website. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or corporate gifting.

What's your late arrival policy?

We'll do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but your session may be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. Full service charges will apply. Please call us if you're running late.
