1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment or using services at Refresh D Thai Spa ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Booking and Appointments

• Appointments can be made online, via phone (+91 95388 04343), or in-person at our Koramangala location.
• A valid credit/debit card may be required to secure your booking.
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time for check-in procedures.

3. Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours notice: Free cancellation
• 6-24 hours notice: 50% of service charge
• Less than 6 hours/no-show: Full service charge

Cancellations must be made by calling +91 95388 04343 during business hours (10AM-9PM).

4. Payment Terms

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and major mobile payment apps.
• Prices are inclusive of GST at applicable rates.
• Gift cards and packages are non-refundable but transferable.

5. Health and Safety

• Clients must disclose all medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before treatment.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment may endanger your health.
• Pregnant clients must consult their physician and inform us before booking.

6. Conduct Policy

• We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior or harassment.
• Mobile phones must be silenced during treatments.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time at full price.

7. Liability

• We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law.
• Clients assume all risks associated with spa treatments.

8. Minors Policy

• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
• Parental consent is required for any treatments on minors.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
